We have complete in-house facility to manufacture circular thread rollers from selected raw steel. With manufacturing experience of over 45 years, we have fine tuned the process control. It enables us to deliver excellent product with consistent performance. We have established the procedures so that our thread rollers meet or exceed specifications mentioned in BIS 8405.

We also regularly supply thread rollers for Acme, Trapezoidal, Rope Thread, Buttress, Knuckle & Worm threads as per ISO / DIN / JIS / ANSI and customer specifications.

Special attention is paid to minimize lead & profile errors.

We can supply thread rollers upto Ø320 mm diameter and 250 mm length, with pitches as little as 0.25 & as large as 12.7 mm. We also supply Helical through feed rollers for machines without tilting spindles or where helix angle is larger than machine limit.
